China Joy in 195 Main St, Bar Harbor, ME 04609 is a good Chinese restaurant to try. The food is high quality and fresh. The atmosphere is nothing great, but if you want good value in over-priced Bar Harbor, this is a great choice. At that day our dinner was excellent, we enjoyed there alot.

Nakorn Thai Restaurant is a good Thai restaurant. We got lucky on this one. A lot for your money and very good food. Not a fancy place, a little dark, but the prices are reasonable, our waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Mmm... I Love This Kind of Food

Thanks, Mary, for your review of these restaurants. We haven't tried China Joy, but we did eat once at the Thai restaurant. My girls made bad choices (too hot!), so it wasn't our favorite meal, but now that we know more about Thai food, I'd like to try it again...
